You can choose a room of your liking from among Hotel Cumulus City Lahti’s varied selection of 171 rooms. Most of our rooms are double rooms, but if you prefer you can also choose a single room. If you are coming with a larger group, we also have triple rooms or Combi rooms to offer as well. For business travellers we recommend a Superior room. Superior rooms have been designed to meet the needs of business travellers and enable working in the hotel room. Superior rooms are well placed in quiet areas of the hotel.

Hotel Cumulus City Lahti is a wonderful base for exploring the town’s events. Lahti is well known as sports town. Lahti Sports Centre hosts many national and international sporting events, such as the Lahti Ski Games. Lahti Ski Games attract many international competitors and spectators. At the Games, held every winter, athletes compete in cross-country skiing, ski jumping and Nordic combined events.

Aside from its reputation for sports, Lahti is also known for other events. The town is home to one of Finland’s largest professional theatres. Teatteritalo, the theatre house where Lahti City Theatre performs, was completed in 1983.

Also located in Lahti is Sibelius Hall, a venue for conferences and concerts. This high-quality concert hall is internationally famous. Sibelius Hall is situated in Lahti’s Ankkuri district.

Getting to the hotel

Hotel Cumulus City Lahti is located in the very centre of Lahti. Whether arriving by train or by car, the hotel is easy to reach. The railway station is about a kilometre from the hotel. Walking at an easy pace, it’s roughly a 15-minute walk.

Parking spaces in the hotel garage are reserved for guests coming by car. You can drive into the garage from either of two streets, Kirkkokatu or Kauppakatu. As it is located along good transport routes, the hotel is easily accessible by car.
